Mr. Casiano maintains an active civil trial practice in the areas of employment and labor law, premises and auto liability, products liability, and insurance law litigation. Mr. Casiano was born in Miami, Florida and is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and Florida International University. He is rated AV Preeminent which is the highest peer rating for ethical standards and legal ability by Martindale-Hubble. He is admitted to practice before all trial and appellate courts in the State of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Southern and Middle District of Florida, and has litigated matters before the U.S. District Courts in South Carolina, the Southern District of Texas and the Northern District of Ohio.
Mr. Casiano is a member of the Employment Law, Business Law and Trial Lawyers Sections of the Florida Bar, several national and local professional associations, along is a current and former board member of various civil service organizations in the South Florida community. Mr. Casiano also periodically serves as a guest judge at the University of Miami Moot Court Board Competitions.
