Levi Grahm Weinstein developed his knowledge of workers’ compensation law through his experience representing employers in the courtroom. Levi has litigated hundreds of workers’ compensation claims. During his time working as a public defender, Levi gained a wealth of extensive litigation, courtroom, and jury trial experience, all of which he now uses to represent employers. Through meticulous investigative work, skillful motion practice, and independent research, Levi has built a reputation as a strong litigator. Levi completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He continued his academic journey at NOVA Southeastern University, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Levi demonstrated his leadership qualities by serving as the President of the Jewish Law Student Association. Outside of his legal work, Levi finds balance and relaxation through exercise and meditation. He is also a devoted online educator, releasing consistent information and content about workers’ compensation law.
