As one of the oldest institutions, the legal industry has exponentially transformed over the years–from the days of judges adorned in colonial white wigs to video conferencing into trial and depositions. One might think that the seriousness of legal proceedings has to translate across every aspect of law. Fortunately for my fellow legal marketing professionals, those changes have also allowed us to think outside the proverbial box and look at ourselves as a unique brand amongst a sea of competitors, fighting to stand out in the industry. Some might argue that humor isn’t universal, but at the end of the day, after billing long hours and living inside your Outlook inbox, a little laugh is just what you need to be memorable.
At the 2013 Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, MKRS Law took the humorous approach to reaching out to the attendees. Each year, MKRS Law prides itself on creating a unique presence at the conference in an effort to to set ourselves apart from the rest. By choosing more in-your-face methods to grab the attention of our clients, we strive to make not only the best impression, but the first impression as well.
This year, we chose to take over the elevator door fronts of the Marriott World Center. Using recognizable classic art to grab the initial attention of each passerby, the designs included clever one-liners pertaining to the legal industry, as well as making a nod back to the elevator doors. Check them all out below and let us know your thoughts!
