Today, we focus our attention locally with a Miami man who filed a class action lawsuit against Anheuser-Busch Cos. LLC, alleging that the company’s marketing practices trick consumers into believing its Beck’s beer product is imported from Germany, even though it’s brewed in the U.S.

The class-action lawsuit seeks more than $5 million in damages; Anheuser-Busch has not filed an answer to the lawsuit as of yesterday afternoon.
