Miami Office Expands With New Associate

Please welcome Elina Blanco-De Stefano, who focuses her practice in Workers’ Compensation in our Miami office location. Ms. Blanco has been practicing law since 2012, with experience handling insurance defense and litigation, concentrating on homeowner insurance disputes and water mitigation services collection. Elina received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the St. Thomas Merit Scholarship. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida International University and was part of the Phi Alpha Delta History Honor Society. A member of the State of Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program, she is an advocate for abused, neglected, and abandoned children. In addition to conducting home, foster care and shelter visits, she also provides detailed reports to the Court and attends hearings on behalf of the child. Elina also meets with case managers and attorneys to ensure all services and benefits are properly rendered to meet the child’s social, academic and emotional needs.
