Jesse C. Price is an experienced workers’ compensation defense attorney who represents employers and insurance carriers throughout Florida from MKRS LAW’s West Palm Beach office. With nearly two decades of dedicated experience in workers’ compensation law, Mr. Price brings a deep understanding of Florida’s statutory framework and a practical, results-driven approach to every case he handles.

Since entering the workers’ compensation arena in 2005, Mr. Price has focused exclusively on defending employers and carriers in all phases of litigation, from initial claim evaluation through resolution. He is known for his strategic analysis, thorough preparation, and ability to navigate complex medical and legal issues to protect his clients’ interests and control exposure.

Mr. Price is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar. His background in journalism enhances his advocacy, allowing him to communicate persuasively, distill complex issues, and present clear, compelling arguments on behalf of his clients.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida.
