Mrs. Caparas is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and specializes in workers’ compensation litigation. With a passion for advocating on behalf of her clients, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with years of experience as in-house counsel and private practice. Her practice background includes serving as Senior Staff Counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company. In that role, she skillfully managed workers’ compensation claims across multiple districts in Florida—from inception to trial—handling even the most complex and high-exposure cases. She is also certified by the State of Florida’s Department of Financial Services as an instructor for Continuing Education credits for claims adjusters and attorneys. Tiffany graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Marketing. She then pursued her Juris Doctor degree at Nova Southeastern University.

In her free time, Mrs. Caparas enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
