Marina Oses

Attorney

Ms. Oses focuses her practice on workers’ compensation law. She graduated from Florida International University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2025.

While in law school, Ms. Oses was a member of the NSU Trial Association, which allowed her to participate in an intramural trial competition and hone her litigation skills. Ms. Oses was also a member of the Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court.

Ms. Oses joined our firm as a law clerk in September 2024 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2025. Her prior business background and hands-on experience during law school have well-equipped her for advocating for clients in workers’ compensation matters.

In her free time, Ms. Oses enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family.
