Scott H. Silver is one of Florida’s most prominent workers’ compensation litigators. Mr. Silver is a senior equity partner who, while maintaining an active litigation and trial caseload, concurrently serves as the National Workers’ Compensation Practice Leader for a Fortune 200 Company. He is a certified expert speaker in the field of Workers’ Compensation who frequently lectures to claims professionals, employers, risk managers, insurance brokers, and attorneys, with an emphasis on aggressive defense litigation strategy, accelerated claims closure, and adjuster ethics. Since 1989, Mr. Silver has been a member of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Institute’s Planning Committee for its annual Educational Conference, with a concentrated focus on developing the Claims Professionals’ breakout programs.
